This policy covers the Earth Droids Company website (earthdroids.com) and the automation and AI services we sell on it. Our apps have their own privacy policies:
2Visiting our website
We don't use ads, tracking cookies or analytics on earthdroids.com. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles the basic technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
3When you buy a service
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and the amount paid, so we can deliver the work and keep business records.
4When you email us or hire us
We keep the emails you send us and the details you share about your business and its automations, so we can answer you and do the job. If you give us access to your accounts or tools to fix or build something, we use that access only for that job, and we ask you to remove it when we're done.
5Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business (for example Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and Google for email), or when the law requires it.
6How long we keep it
We keep payment and business records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We delete working copies of your data and any access you gave us when the job is finished, or sooner if you ask.
7Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email dev@earthdroids.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
8Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults, not for children under 13.
9Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
