1Who we are
Handlewise AI is a listing tool made by EarthDroids, based in Fortville, Indiana. You send it photos and plain-English instructions, and it creates, schedules or publishes eBay listings for you. It works with AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.
2Email access
If you connect an email inbox, Handlewise reads all emails in that inbox, including message text, attachments and photos, so it can find listing requests and act on your instructions (for example a price, "go live" or a schedule date). Use a dedicated inbox if you do not want other mail read.
To use Handlewise inside ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, you must give that assistant access to your email (and file storage, if you keep photos there) through its own connector settings. That access is granted to your assistant under its own terms; Handlewise receives only the item details and photos your assistant passes to it.
3File storage access
If you connect Google Drive or similar storage, Handlewise reads and creates files in the folders you choose: item photos, listing files and backup copies of what was sent to eBay.
4eBay access
When you sign in with eBay and approve access, Handlewise uses eBay's APIs to:
- Create, schedule, publish and update listings on your account
- Read your inventory, business policies, categories and sales
- Read active eBay listings to suggest prices
We never see or store your eBay password. Sign-in happens on eBay's own page.
5AI processing
Email text, photos and item details are processed by AI services to identify items, write titles and descriptions, suggest prices and estimate shipping weight and size. These services process data on our behalf and are not permitted to sell it.
6Payments
Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your purchases and credit balance.
7What we store and how we use it
Only what is needed to run your listings: your account email, access tokens issued by eBay and your connected services, the listing data created from your requests, your credit balance, and photos. Photos are hosted with an image service so eBay can display them. Your data is used only to create and manage your own listings. We do not sell, rent or share it with advertisers, and we do not collect personal data about other eBay users, buyers or members.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8Your choices
You can revoke access at any time: eBay under Account settings → Third-party app access, Google under your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections, and your AI assistant in its own connector settings. On request, we will delete the listing data and tokens we hold for you.
9eBay account deletion
If eBay notifies us that a user has closed their account or asked for their data to be deleted, we delete any data we hold for that user.
10Children
Handlewise is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
