1.Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Earth Droids Company LLC ("we", "us") for the automation and AI services listed on earthdroids.com. By buying a service or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our apps have their own terms: HandleWise AI · PromiseKept.
2.What we do
We fix and build automations (such as Zapier, Make and n8n), connect apps, and set up AI assistant tools, as described on our service menu. Each service has a fixed price and a defined scope, for example the number of steps or tools. Work outside that scope is quoted separately or billed at our hourly rate.

3.Payment
- Jobs under $300 are paid in full up front.
- Jobs of $300 or more are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
- The Monthly Care Plan is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
4.Refunds
If you cancel before we start work, we refund your payment in full, including any deposit. Once work has started, payments are not refundable, except that if we can't deliver what was agreed, we refund what you paid for that part of the work.
5.Changes
Quick fixes and new automations include 1 round of changes. App connections and AI tools include 2. Extra rounds, or changes to what was agreed, are quoted before we do them.
6.Your part
- Give us the access, information and test data the job needs, and tell us about anything sensitive.
- You keep ownership of your accounts and data. Keep your own backups, and remove our access when the job is done.
- You're responsible for the fees and rules of the tools you use, such as Zapier, Make, n8n, QuickBooks, ChatGPT or Claude.
7.How we work
We test every delivery with your data where we can. AI tools assist our work, and a person reviews every delivery. Automations and AI can still make mistakes, and the tools they run on can change, so check results before you rely on them.
8.Ownership
Once you've paid in full, the automations and setups we build for you are yours to use and change. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential building blocks in other work, but never your data.
9.Limits
We're not responsible for outages, changes or decisions made by third-party services. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
10.Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
11.Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you paid apply to that job.
