Adding HandleWise AI
- Open ChatGPT and go to Plugins.
- Search HandleWise AI and click Connect.
- Click Continue with Google and pick your Google account.
Adding PromiseKept
- Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
- Find PromiseKept in the directory and click Connect.
- Sign in with Google and click Allow.

What does Earth Droids do?
Earth Droids Company LLC is an independent software company in Indiana. We make apps that work inside the AI assistants you already use, like HandleWise AI and PromiseKept, and we fix and build automations for small businesses.
Which tools do you work with?
Zapier, Make and n8n for automations, apps like QuickBooks, Stripe and your CRM for connections, and Claude or ChatGPT for AI assistant tools. Not sure if we cover yours? Ask us.
How does pricing work?
Every service on our menu has a fixed price, so you know the cost before we start. Jobs under $300 are paid up front. Jobs of $300 or more are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Payments go through Stripe.
What's the free scope check?
A free 15 minute call to work out which service you need. Book one by email.
What's the Automation Health Scan?
We review up to 10 of your automations and send a 1 page report with problems, risks and your top 3 fixes with prices. It's free with any service, or $195 on its own.
How many changes are included?
Quick fixes and new automations include 1 round of changes. App connections and AI tools include 2.
What's the Monthly Care Plan?
For $150 a month we watch your automations and fix problems, up to 2 hours a month. Cancel any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, including any deposit, if you cancel before we start work. After work starts, we refund only if we can't deliver what was agreed. See our terms.
Do you use AI to do the work?
AI tools help us work faster, and a person reviews every delivery. We test with your data where we can.
