How to use HandleWise AI

You need an AI assistant that supports plugins and an eBay seller account.

1Add HandleWise to your AI assistant

  • Coming soon to the plugin directory. For now, add it by link: in ChatGPT open Plugins → Add → Add custom MCP server (paid plan with developer mode). Name: HandleWise AI · Connection: https://earthdroids.com/mcp · Authentication: OAuth → tick "I understand" → Create.
  • Once HandleWise is in the directory, just search HandleWise AI in Plugins and click Connect.
  • Click Continue with Google and pick your Google account. That creates your HandleWise account.

2Follow the checklist

In a new chat, say What's my HandleWise status? You'll get a ✅ / ❌ checklist with a link for anything missing:

  • eBay: click the link, sign in on eBay's own page and click Agree. Listings go only to your eBay account.
  • Ship-from: just say your city, state and ZIP, e.g. I ship from Beverly Hills, CA 90210
  • eBay business policies: in eBay, Account → Business policies: have a shipping, payment and return policy.

3Connect your email (optional)

Want to send item photos from your phone? In your AI assistant, connect your email (for example the Gmail plugin). Then email photos to yourself with a subject starting HandleWise: and say Find my HandleWise: emails and list those items.

4Connect Google Drive (optional)

Say Set up my HandleWise Google Drive. HandleWise makes a HandleWise folder with your listing photos and a spreadsheet that logs every listing. It can only see the files it creates. Tip: download the sheet as CSV rather than editing it, so HandleWise can keep adding rows.

5List your items

  1. Share photos of as many items as you like in the chat (a few photos per item is great). Add a note with condition or price if you know it.
  2. Say done. Each item is identified and priced, and you get one summary table.
  3. Say go. HandleWise schedules every listing on your eBay and gives you the links.
  4. Review them in eBay before they go live: Seller Hub → Scheduled.

6Listing credits

One credit = one listing. Ask How many credits do I have? anytime. See credit options on our Pricing section.
